Aluminium Milk Cans
Milk Cans are manufactured by Khambete Kothari Cans and Allied Products, a sister company within the Kothari Group family, of which Associated Dairyfab is also a part. All milk cans are built to the same quality standards you'd expect from the Kothari Group.
- Aluminium cans are made from one-piece monoblock design.
- Available in Push-Pull, Lockable & Mushroom-type lids.
- Minimum hardness of 85 BHN, with body & bottom thickness precisely maintained on special-purpose machines to withstand dents from rough handling.
- Special spinning technology for a wrinkle-free, smooth surface.
- Bottom ring is press-shrink fitted and then fully MIG-welded all around for extra strength & longer life.
- Handles are properly bent with chamfered ends which ensures a firm grip.
- Can lids are spot-welded at 5 places on a high-pressure welding machine to give total fusion & higher strength.
- Can lids are brazed all around with a sanitary finish which ensures hygiene.
- Cans and lids are pre-treated and then anodised.
One-piece monoblock construction, available with Push-Pull, Lockable, or Mushroom-type lids (Lockable and Mushroom options available in 20L, 30L, 40L, 50L only). Lids are spot-welded at 5 points then brazed all around for a hygienic finish. Cans and lids are pre-treated and anodised.
